Our Indoor Bowls and Wellbeing Drop-in is a free, weekly community session combining gentle physical activity with social connection and wellbeing support. No experience needed, just turn up and enjoy yourself.

Indoor bowls is a low-impact, accessible activity that supports both physical and mental wellbeing. Sessions are informal and welcoming, with no pressure to perform, just a relaxed space to be active, meet people, and have fun.
Alongside the bowls, there's arts and crafts, board games, and diamond art to enjoy. Whatever takes your fancy, you're welcome to take part at your own pace.
There's also light-touch wellbeing information and signposting available on the day, so if you or someone you know could benefit from a little extra support, we're here to help point you in the right direction.
